Guest Service Coordinators
Our guest service team is fully prepared and ready to assist; scheduling needs, product purchases, and service transactions. Our team is available to answer any questions you have regarding Aveda products, salon services, spa packages, gift card purchases, wedding parties, salon prices and appointment availability.
You may request to book an appointment online by clicking on our “Request an Appointment” tab located throughout our website. You may also call the salon to speak with one of our guest service coordinators about setting up an appointment.
You may request to have appointment reminders sent to your telephone via text or email. If you prefer a telephone call, one of our guest service coordinators will be more than happy to phone you two days before your appointment. Please specify what type of reminder you would prefer by filling out a “New Guest” form upon your first visit. If you already a loyal guest of Nadia’s Salon and Spa, but wish to change your preferences, please inform a member of our guest services team.
